Cancellation Policy

Stylists will require a credit card on file when booking an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call at least 24 hours before your appointment. 50% of the service will be charged if canceled after 24 hours. We understand that people get sick and emergencies happen and we will do our best to accommodate when those instances occur. Thank you for understanding!
